- Board Update
Congratulations to Matt Biros, who has been selected for the AFP Taskforce to update the "Essentials of Treasury Management", the body of knowledge for the Certified Treasury Professional Exam.
- Board Positions and Committees
We are a recognized Regional Association of the Association for Financial Professionals. You can earn CTP and CCM credits for serving on the Board or on one of our committees. Please contact any Board Member to volunteer for a committee or to help identify a topic for a future program. Denise Brock is putting together the Fall Conference in September. As this is our biggest event, she will need the greatest number of volunteers. It is a good way to gain recognition and make a difference for our profession within the San Diego Business Community. We are particularly in need of individuals who have interest and contacts dealing with legislative and marketing to assist the Board with these areas.

You should have gotten yours by email You are encouraged to reach out to fellow Treasury and Cash Management professionals who may not be aware of our programs. Feel free to bring as many guests as you'd like to our January Meeting. If you didn't get your renewal or you are a new member. please download the form and return it to us at PO Box 910013, San Diego, CA 92191-0013.

- CTP Recertification Period
2009 recertification period started July 1, 2006 for those whose certications expire June 30, 2009. Thirty-Six credits are required which must be registered by August 15, 2009 to avoid late charges. The final deadline is October 15, 2009. The link below will take you to the new guidelines.
