Ms. Karen J. Wendel, CEO of IdenTrust
Karen Wendel has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, applications
development, business management, international banking, payments, treasury management
and transaction processing. Prior to joining IdenTrust, Ms. Wendel was the CEO of eFinance
Corporation, an applications development company that provides risk and credit decision
solutions. She was previously a partner at the Belgium-based consulting firm The Capital Markets
Company (CAPCO) where she led the growth of CAPCO's e-finance practice, including raising
capital and building out the required team and infrastructure to serve global financial institutions in
Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to that, Wendel led the U.S. Financial Services Practice of
Gemini Consulting where she managed global accounts and developed service offerings
including transaction processing, electronic commerce, and real-time management. Ms. Wendel
is the author of numerous industry publications and articles on the subjects of cash management,
payments and financial supply chain integration. She has been an advisor to the European Union
on emerging technologies for payments and the keynote speaker at major international banking
conferences. She has degrees in Economics and International Relations from BYU.

Rob is a talented executive with deep financial management expertise and a solid track record of

Prior to co-founding Adaptive Planning, Rob served as CEO of ChemTracker and as CFO for a
number of technology companies, including MailFrontier, LoopNet, and Risk Management
Solutions. Rob has significant experience in both leading corporate planning and reporting as
CFO, and in contributing to the planning process as an operational manager. This background
has provided him with a strong understanding of the keys to improving financial processes
throughout a company. Rob also has experience with numerous business models, and is skilled
at helping companies incorporate challenging revenue recognition scenarios into their plans. Prior
to his financial management roles, Rob was a consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
