Meaning, Belonging, and Collaboration for Employee Engagement and Organizational Excellence
Once thought of as a "soft skill," creating meaning and belonging within an organization is now considered a "power skill." These elements intertwine and directly elevate employee engagement. The “Great Resignation” is both a reflection of and is fueled by low employee engagement. Strategies of genuine collaboration, beyond being "the right thing to do," combine with the qualities of meaning and belonging to stimulate employee engagement and organizational excellence, which directly and positively impact the bottom line.
